Refund Policy

1. Refund Window
Refund requests accepted within 7 days after payment via email (support@mindtypo.com); no refund after.
2. Processing
Refund requests are reviewed manually. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method. A refund may be declined if the full report was already generated.
3. Order Status
Unpaid orders expire in 30 minutes; payment status is based on payment callback.
